The system will show you a list of hotels which are available for instant confirmation according to your search criteria. You can also search by hotel name if you know the name of the hotel you are planning to book. Select preffered hotel from the list by going on hotel info.
Once on the hotel page you will see book buttons appearing red or green. Click Book to continue reservation.
When Book button apears Red, your request will be instantly confirmed and you will receive your confirmation voucher immediately.
When Book button apears Green, we will request the rooms from the hotel on your behalf and you will receive a response from us or a confirmation within 1 working day or ealier. (Most hotels respond immediately, but some delays are possible).

booking at the cheapest rates. Some Rates must be prepaid in full and
for some you need to prepay only a small deposit.
Once your booking
is confirmed you will receive a confirmation voucher on your email. If
the Book button was RED - it will be sent to you automatically once you
complete the reservation. If it was GREEN then once hotel
responds back to us and issues a confirmation number.
Print your Voucher, sign it and present it to the hotel upon check-in.
If you have any special information for hotel which you did not mention
on your reservation form (such as late or very early arrival, you can
contact hotel directly 1-3 days prior to arrival).

You can change or cancel you booking by following the procedure set out in our Booking Conditions. You can do it either over the e-mail or completing the form on the My Booking page. Please note that charges may apply.
You should request a replacement voucher through the My Booking page of the website or by contacting us immediately. We will then resend the voucher to the e-mail address used in your original booking.

Standard Rate is the retail price supplied by the hotel for each type
of room. Because we specialise in selling hotel rooms up to two months
in advance, we are able to negotiate discounts with hotels in return
for giving them a better chance of selling their unoccupied rooms. Many
customers are charged the Standard Rate by hotels, especially those
customers who arrive at the hotel without a reservation or who stay
during peak periods and special events.
